Overhead Dumbbell Extensions are an exercise very specific to your Triceps. It’s a simple thing to do but very effective. Just stand and rest naturally with the weights in your hands resting by your side. Then gradually lift the weights to a position directly over your head, keeping your arms as straight as possible all through the motion.
Plank Taps
Plank Taps are one of the exercises which will work many areas of your body at the same time, including the upper arms. Per the picture you should assume the Plank position by balancing on your tip toes and your forearms. Just tap the floor with alternative hands. This moves your weight from side to side and tones your Triceps and shoulders.
